How many days are the minimum rental periods for villas?

The villas on our site belong to different property owners. For this reason, the rental period of each villa may vary. While the minimum rental period in the Antalya and Muğla regions is 4-5 nights in most of our villas during the season, our exceptional private villas can also be rented for 3 nights. Similarly, there are also exceptional villas that are not subject to this rule.

How many people can we accommodate in the villas?

The accommodation capacity of each villa is different. Our guests should always choose villas that are suitable for the specified number of people. In case of an extra adult, child or baby, it is extremely important for a comfortable holiday to get approval from the sales consultant before booking.

What services are included in the rental fee?

The prices specified to you in your reservation include expenses such as electricity, water, gas, internet and pool - garden maintenance. We also have breakfast-inclusive services in our selected private villas. If requested, you can get detailed information about these villas from our expert staff.

When will the entrance information regarding my reservation be given?

After your reservation is finalized, we will send you your document containing the details by e-mail. We also send you a different information message containing your entry information (contact information and location of our villa attendant) 2 days before your arrival for your holiday. In this way, you can easily reach your villa without wasting time.

With which methods can I pay my prepayment for my reservation?

You can easily pay your reservation prepayment amount by money transfer or your credit card. You can also benefit from the ease of payment thanks to the installment opportunities we provide specifically for contracted bank cards. We also have international money transfer and mail order methods for our guests who want to make payments from abroad.

When and how should I pay the remaining balance of my reservation?

Our guests can pay the remaining balance of the total reservation amount to the villa owner/attendant in cash/money transfer/EFT upon arrival at the villa. We kindly request that our guests come prepared in order to provide you with faster and better service upon arrival at the villa.

Pool and garden maintenance in villas

In order for our guests to have a healthy and clean holiday, daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly. The villa attendant comes to the villa early every morning, does the necessary maintenance work and leaves the villa. In this way, the garden and pool of our villa are ready for use hygienically when our valued guests start the day.

Villa entry and exit times

 

Villa entry and exit times may vary. This information is stated in the pages of the houses. Our houses are cleaned between the villa exit time and the other guest’s entry time. If the villa is available the day before your check-in day, flexibility can be provided in the entry times by contacting the villa owner.

 

Bringing Pets

 

Unless otherwise stated, pets (cats, dogs, birds, etc.) are not allowed.

 

Villa equipment

 

There are different equipment in each of our villas. For this, please review the equipment section for each house on our web page. Although this equipment is entirely at the discretion of the home owners, there are forks, knives, etc. in the kitchen of each villa in proportion to the number of guests.

 

Possible problems with the equipment or technical structure of the villas

 

The villas in our program are checked by the host or our representative before each customer enters. However, malfunctions may occur in these villas located in summer regions due to technical reasons. In such cases, the villa owner or our representative is obliged to intervene and solve the problem within 24 hours. Possible problems are generally caused by power outages and infrastructure deficiencies in the regions.

 

Towels, sheets and cleaning

 

Our villas are cleaned before you start your holiday and hand towels and sheets are changed. Some of our villas also include a cleaning service twice a week in the price. If such a situation exists, you can access this information in the villa description or highlights section. In stays longer than a week, a clean towel and sheet set is also ready for each week in the villa.

Villas generally do not have personal products such as soap, toilet paper, dishwashing - laundry detergent, etc.

You can learn this from the host before entering and go prepared accordingly.

 

SPECIAL CASES

House disinfection:

 

All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. However, in these types of houses located in nature, the probability of insects etc. is higher compared to villas located in the center. Please remember that you should take precautions yourself in case of allergies.

 

Construction:

 

There may be new villa constructions in the regions. For this reason, there is likely to be noise around.

 

Pool and garden maintenance:

 

Pool disinfection is carried out by the villa owner or the person in charge. Pool checks and frequency vary according to criteria such as the type and size of the pools, but generally chlorine is thrown and the pool bottom is cleaned every other day. These checks are generally carried out by the relevant person in the early hours of the morning without disturbing you. In villas with a garden, garden watering and maintenance are also carried out by the villa owner or the relevant person in charge. This process is also usually carried out in the early hours of the morning without disturbing you.

 

Region research:

 

Before your entry, we send information about the region to your e-mail address. However, please remember that many villas are located in high positions within the village. Therefore, we recommend that you do some research on the area before you arrive.

 

Internet connection:

 

Many of the villas have internet connection, but due to the infrastructure of the holiday resorts, there may be interruptions and slowdowns.

 

Electricity and water outages:

 

In some holiday resorts, especially during very busy periods, water and electricity outages may occur because the regional infrastructure cannot handle it. If a villa has a generator, this information is also included.

 

Pool protection:

 

Pool protection is specified in two ways on our page. The pools of the villas that we specify as fully protected are not visible from the surroundings. It is also suitable for conservative families. The pools of the villas that we specify as quite protected are options where the pool part is visible, albeit slightly. Pool protection is only provided for the pool. It does not mean that the villa or the garden is protected.

 

Pictures and videos of the villas

 

You can find the exact pictures and videos of that house on our homes page. Some of our villas are located within the site and there are many objects furnished in the same or similar way. In such cases, common photos and videos may have been used. In this case, this information is stated on our page. Photographs are usually taken with a wide angle lens, so they look larger than usual.
