• Electricity, water, and LPG fees for our villas are included in the price, and no extra fees are charged for these.
• Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services, etc. are not included in the prices.
• Regular spraying is carried out in all our villas located in nature, and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surrounding area.
• 100% non-visibility guarantee is absolutely not given in our sheltered pool villas. There is always a 5% avoidance margin in the villas.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 8,000 TL is taken at the entrance for any damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay for the villa you have rented. (This fee varies depending on the villa.) and the fee (deposit) received is refunded if there is no problem/damage.
• Minimum stay is 4 nights.
• Cleaning fee is 5.000 TL.
• The villa has wireless internet (Wifi). Due to the region’s infrastructure, possible interruptions caused by internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for matters such as emails, social media accounts, accessing newspaper and news sites, but not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
• Kalkan; Due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you have to go uphill. (İslamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet settlement area intertwined with nature – it is a village.) The closest airport for our guests who will arrive by air is Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to consider this when purchasing your tickets.
• An extra cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights in our villas, and this fee varies according to the villa.
• NOTE:Indoor and outdoor pool heating is active.
