Villa Sidera is our villa with a private pool, a large garden and a children’s playground in the garden, and a jacuzzi, located in the Yeşilköy neighborhood.

Villa accommodation in Kaş Yeşilköy offers a peaceful holiday experience intertwined with nature. Nearby; There are historical sites such as Patara, Letoon and Xantos. Although Yeşilköy is close to the center of Kaş, it is a quiet and green area. Rental villas here usually have private pools, gardens and sea views. The region where the villa is located is high and covers all of nature with a bird’s-eye view. Our villa, which can be preferred by both honeymoon couples and families, offers a pleasant time with its lush green view and untouched nature.

Our villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom+WC and a private jacuzzi. The second bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. There is a shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor. There is an American kitchen, air conditioning, TV and comfortable seating group in the common area. Our villa has a large area.

Our villa, which is 6 km from Fırnaz Bay and only 7 km from Kalkan center, is furnished very stylishly and suitable for your comfort.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in our villa, but internet speed varies due to the region’s infrastructure.

• The last 350 m of the access road to our villa is concrete, narrow and steep.
• There are 33 steps at the entrance to the villa.
• The pool terrace is sheltered.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. In our houses ¹ located in nature, the possibility of insects etc. appearing is higher than in villas located in the center. New villa constructions may take place in the regions outside the summer months. For this reason, noise is likely to occur in the surroundings. This note is not specific to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
