Our villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends, featuring a 4+1 accommodation layout:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom

• 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds

• 3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed

• 4th Bedroom: 2 single beds

• Living Room: 1 double sofa bed and 1 double couch

A total of 8-10 guests can stay comfortably.

Additional Information

🧹 For stays shorter than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies.
🎉 During holiday periods, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
💰 A security deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage.
🎥 Security cameras are installed in outdoor areas and can be deactivated upon request.
🏡 Our neighboring villa, Zoe 1, is also available for rent and is ideal for larger groups.
🛠 The pool is cleaned early in the morning to ensure guests are not disturbed.

Since our villas are located in a natural environment, insects and pests may be encountered. Regular pest control is carried out. Additionally, during the winter months, there may be construction noise in the area. This is a general condition for all villas in nature.
